We are still getting settled in our new home, but wanted to take a few minutes to thank you and Curt. Your calm nature was very helpful to us throughout the entire process. It's clear that you both understand the real estate market and what buyers are looking for when shopping for homes. Curt's staging advice, combined with the beautiful photos and virtual tour certainly drew the attention of buyers. Your research on comparable homes in the neighborhood helped us price the home fairly, resulting in a contract at over 97% of of our list price in less than 30 days!

“We met Natalie & Curt a few years ago and liked them instantly. They are a very warm and personable couple. When Damon’s job moved and the new commute was going to be too far we decided to sell our home and buy at a location central to both our jobs.
